The fire is very nice but the remote doesn`t work that well. When you try to adjust the heater up or down it doesn`t respond. I am happy with it tho the fire is nice , I just change the heater manually.

Good looking , received it on scheduel. Mounted it with out a problem it worked for about 2 weeks. It made a clicking sound and after that nothing. So I have this great looking fireplace that does not work.

This item is great for the price and exceeded my expectations. The flames and logs look realistic and the glass frame looks great. The only reason that I rated it a 4 is because we have it mounted under a flat screen TV and the heat vent is on the top of the fireplace...we made a metal redirect for the heat and painted it black. I wish it was designed with the vents on the sides.
